Abilities
- Lightning Wave - Otsu32 can emit pulses of Lightning, which damage, knockback and can inflict Shock.
- Foie - Otsu32 can cast Foie.
- Self-Destruct - Otsu32 will explode when killed, damaging all nearby players and can also inflict Burn.
Strategies
Otsu32 will tend to repeatedly use Foie, so attacking them from the side or rear is an easy way to defeat them. Be careful of the Lightning Wave, and get clear when it attempts to self-destruct.
