Abilities
- Melee Attack - Sinow Hidoki use their massive bladed arms to attack players directly in front.
- Sweeping Slash - Sinow Hidoki can slash their blades horizontally which damages, knocks back and can inflict Jellen.
- Charged Punch - Sinow Hidoki can punch straight forward, which knocks back and does considerable damage. This attack can also be used from a distance (the Hidoki merely slides at the player while punching).
- Shuriken - Sinow Hidoki can throw circular blades either from a distance or up-close. This can also be done as a 3 shuriken barrage. These damage, knock down and can inflict Poison.
Strategies
One important fact to know about Sinow Hidoki is that they are almost always treated as Sword/Shield buffed. This means they will always do considerably more damage than most enemies of their type. The next thing to know is that they are effective at any range. Because of this, prioritise them over most other enemies. Melee classes should get in close and attack quickly, using launch/knockback attacks to stagger the Hidoki. However, attention must be paid to the Hidoki so you are able to block its attacks, which will cause high damage if they hit. Ranged classes should ideally use traps and remain at a distance, or switch to a melee weapon. For multiplayer in particular, building high chains is key to bringing Sinow Hidoki down quickly.
