Abilities
- Fire Breath - Fire-element Vanda Merha can spit fire from their mouths, which can hit multiple times and inflict Burn.
- Diga - Fire-element Vanda Merha can throw Diga.
- Barta - Ice-element Vanda Merha can cast Barta.
- Dambarta - Ice-element Vanda Merha can cast Dambarta when players are close.
- Jump - Ice-element Vanda Merha jump when players are in close proximity. If a Vanda lands where a player is after its small jump, the player can take damage.
- Shifta - Fire-element Vanda Merha leaders can increase nearby enemies' offensive attributes with Shifta.
- Resta - Vanda Merha leaders can restore a sizeable amount of HP to nearby enemies.
- Speed Cast - A leader Vanda Merha imbued with Sheild/Attack boost can rapidly and repeatedly cast Diga.
Strategies
Vanda Merha prefer to attack from a distance, where they can use their strong TECHNIC attacks. Ranged weapons/skills work well because of this, as you will be able to easily dodge projectiles and still bring down the Vanda. Diga is thrown at quite a high trajectory; on uneven surfaces this can make it either very easy or very difficult to avoid. If fighting Fire-element Vanda Merha on a slope, stand at the lower part of the slope if possible. By doing this, Diga will sail over your head. If required to melee, attack from the side or back (a Vanda is vulnerable to attack when it performs its Fire Breath attack). For Ice-element Vanda, block Barta, and avoid getting hit by Dambarta. If a leader is present (for any element of Vanda Merha), it is a good idea to kill it first as it is able to both use Shifta and Resta on nearby enemies.
