A cannon-type Stateria. It impedes foes with gas, then launches orbs to attack.

Abilities
- Gas - Vulgatus can produce a gas that injures players take get too close. Deals moderately low damage.
- Light Cannon - Vulgatus can fire a long-range cannonball at players from a far distance. Deals fair damage.
Stratagies
Vulgatus are a pretty average opponent for every type exept Ranger. Vultagus are resistant to Ranged attacks. They still have pretty low HP, so even with its Ranged resistance, I doubt it will wont affect anything more than the time it takes to finish the battle.
